Renewal & Subscription Terms:

By purchasing access to our Direct Authority "Pro," you are securing access to our DA Pro Marketing & Authority System.

Month-to-Month Plan

  • One-time $1027 kick-start fee (non-refundable) required at signup

  • Your subscription will auto-renew monthly at the rate of $497/month

  • There is a 6-month minimum commitment at $497/month

  • During the initial 6-month period, cancellation will not stop billing; you will continue to be billed through the 6-month commitment period

  • After completing the 6-month minimum commitment, you may cancel at any time by contacting customer support with a 30-day cancellation notice

  • No refunds are provided for partial months after the minimum commitment period

  • Standard third-party CRM and compliance fees apply

6-Month Plan

  • One-time $1027 kick-start fee (non-refundable) required at signup

  • Your subscription requires an initial 6-month commitment at $2,400, Due at launch

  • Approximately 30 days before your 6-month term ends, you will receive a renewal reminder

  • If you do not take action before your plan ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the month-to-month plan at the $497/month founder rate

  • Alternatively, you may choose to renew for another 6-month term at the $2,400 founder rate

  • Your founder's price is locked in for the lifetime of your continuous subscription

  • Free 1:1 AI Content Creation Power Hour with Luke ($500 value)

  • Standard third-party CRM and compliance fees apply

Premium Annual Plan

  • Your subscription requires an initial 12-month commitment at $5,000/year

  • Approximately 30 days before your annual term ends, you will receive a renewal reminder

  • If you do not take action before your plan ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the month-to-month plan at the $497/month founder rate

  • Alternatively, you may choose to renew for another annual term at the $5,000 founder rate

  • Your founder's price is locked in for the lifetime of your continuous subscription

  • Includes a 1:1 AI Content Creation Power Hour with Luke ($500 value)

  • Exclusive quarterly AI strategy sessions with Luke ($2,000 value)

  • Standard third-party CRM and compliance fees apply

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice with at least 30 days advance notice

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to [email protected]

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your current billing period

  • If you cancel during a mandatory commitment period (i.e., the initial 6-month period for Month-to-Month and 6-Month plans, or the initial 12-month period for the Premium Annual Plan), you will continue to be billed through the end of the commitment period
